Full Ordinary Membership Application

Dear Secretary,

I would like to apply for Full Ordinary Membership of the Himalayan Centre Edinburgh Ltd.

I am willing to subscribe to the Articles of Association of the Himalayan Centre Edinburgh Ltd., a company limited by guarantee, and I acknowledge the important powers and responsibilities of being a member as described in the company’s Articles of Association.

I confirm that I am over the age of eighteen and resident or formerly resident in, or have a strong connection with Leith and surrounding areas of Edinburgh.

I confirm that I am not an employee of the Himalayan Centre Edinburgh Ltd., and understand that if I become so after admission to membership then I will automatically cease to be a member.

I understand that Members may serve up to a maximum term of 3 successive years before standing down, and that I can reapply for membership after standing down.

I understand that it will be my responsibility to notify the company, in writing or electronically, of any changes in my contact details.
